Cancellation Policy


At Train Zakia, we recognize that plans can change, and we are here to accommodate those changes with our cancellation policy. Here are the details:

1. Cancellation Timing: You can cancel your order up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time, which falls between 9 am and 9 pm on any working day. For example, if your delivery is set for 6 pm, you can cancel your order before 4 pm on the same day. If your delivery is at 9:30 am, please cancel by 9 pm the day before.
2. Bulk/Group Orders: For bulk or group orders, the cancellation deadline is 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time or 6 pm on the previous day, whichever comes first.
3. Verification: To maintain customer privacy and ensure the legitimacy of cancellations, we prefer requests to come from the mobile number used for order bookings or registered customer user IDs. If you can't access these, our team will verify your identity through a few basic questions before processing the cancellation.
4. Order Changes: Any changes to your order will result in the cancellation of the original order, and a new order ID will be generated.
5. No-Show: If you are not present at the time of delivery, it will be treated as a cancellation after the 2-hour cutoff time, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Notification: We will send an SMS to the mobile number you provided in the event of order cancellations. If you do not receive an SMS, please call our helpline at 801080 2222 for confirmation.

Refund on Pre-paid Bookings
If you have made a pre-payment, you may be eligible for refunds based on the following terms:

• Orders canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time are eligible for a 100% refund.
• Orders canceled between 24 hours and 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time will be refunded the full amount after deducting a 10% cancellation charge.
• No refunds will be issued for orders canceled after the 2-hour cutoff time.
• In the case of a no-show at the time of delivery, it will be treated as a cancellation after the 2-hour cutoff time, and no refund will be provided.
• Refunds for orders booked through our website will be processed to the same account used for order booking.
• For orders booked through our authorized agents, refunds will be available through the same agent only.

Refund on Pre-paid Bulk/Group Order Bookings
For bulk/group orders, we offer additional discounts, and we appreciate your understanding that such orders require extensive preparation and coordination. Refunds for pre-paid bulk/group orders follow these terms:

• Orders canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time are eligible for a 100% refund.
• Orders canceled between 24 hours and 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time will be refunded the full amount after deducting a 10% cancellation charge.
• No refunds will be issued for orders canceled after the 12-hour cutoff time.
• In the case of a no-show at the time of delivery, it will be treated as a cancellation after the 12-hour cutoff time, and no refund will be provided.
